- No Use of Generative AI in Creation: All artwork, designs, and content produced by Jadysbel De Jesús Bobonis are 100% human-authored. I do not use generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, etc.) in any part of our creative process, including ideation, composition, or final production.
- Protection of My Work from AI Training: The works displayed on this website and across my platforms are copyrighted and provided for the purpose of viewing, purchase, and legitimate engagement only. I explicitly prohibit the use of my work, image, voice, and likeness for training, developing, or operating artificial intelligence models or datasets without our express, written permission and a fair licensing agreement.
- Commitment to Fair Compensation: I stand against the unlicensed scraping of creative works for commercial AI development, which poses an unjust threat to the livelihoods of professional artists. I advocate for transparency, fair compensation, and respect for creators' rights in the digital age.
- Transparency and Trust: I am transparent about my process. I are happy to provide process documentation (e.g., sketches, layered files, time-lapse recordings) to clients and collaborators to verify the human authorship of my work.
- Client/Collaboration Policy: I require that my clients and collaborators respect this policy. Any commissioned work will adhere to these standards, and I expect that any materials provided to us are free from AI-generated content or come with the necessary licenses and ethical assurances.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 1-7 days of a cleared payment. All packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise specified at check out.
